MUDKP is ENKIDU's urban and engineering design proposal for a mixed-use development in Karbala, Iraq. The masterplan brings together eight towers around a shared landscape spine six residential, two dedicated to hotel and commercial use, organised so that living, retail, and hospitality share one continuous ground plane rather than existing as separate zones.

A grid-like façade language unifies the towers while their varying heights and setbacks create rhythm across the site. At ground level, palm-lined streets, pedestrian plazas, and a central green corridor bring human scale back to a development of this size spaces designed for daily life, not just circulation between buildings.
