Heritage Integration: The design incorporates Kurdish cultural elements, such as the "Gelmis" motif for circulation paths and an internal street network inspired by the Erbil Citadel.

Energy Efficiency: The project emphasizes renewable energy (solar, ground source heat pumps) and passive design strategies, such as green roofs, natural insulation, and window orientation to regulate temperature.
Accessibility: Entrances are strategically located around the perimeter to align with urban fabric, supported by diverse circulation paths (pedestrian, cycle, and Personal Rapid Transit).
