A mega-structure of a highly sustainable, multi-purpose project comprised of commercial podium and identical residential twin towers of social housing that will be tied by an elegant knot of linking masses. We were commissioned to complete the project after the approval of the social housing towers, and we were briefed to give an elegant yet affordable touches that would transform the project, with added sports and commercial functions within a massive podium, and to break the typical social housing twin towers, we have connected them with crossing linking masses on different floors where there is potential for larger apartments.
