"ICH: The International Community Hub in Amsterdam" by Delovan Delawer ICH conforms to The Czaar Peterbuurt area, and its environment, and to the needs of the people of Amsterdam’s city center and eastern dockyard too. its form does not imply the conventional understanding of form follows function, but comes with a more enhanced understanding of form follows community and environment. ICH pushes the boundaries of sustainability to a further understanding of the world needs today, and surpasses a zero-net sustainable building to become a regenerative architecture of its kind. ICH also aims to utilize a material, that changes with the progression of time, to communicate „Time” in a region where data and conditions are ever quickly evolving. This little bit of design is an exploratory dimension of the general topic of „light” and „time.”
