Lavender City Housing Complex Officially Launched in Erbil

Lavender, the project developer, held the official launch ceremony for Lavender City, marking the start of construction and the opening of units for sale. The event brought together real estate companies and government officials to celebrate the milestone. ENKIDU Technologies, Engineering and Construction Group took part as the design company behind the project, known as LAHP.
Lavender City is designed as a complete residential community rather than a standalone housing project.

The master plan includes two residential typologies alongside commercial space, an educational facility, a health centre, a mosque, and dedicated green areas, supported by coordinated street lighting and utility infrastructure across the site.

For ENKIDU, Lavender City stands as a reflection of its design philosophy: disciplined planning and thoughtful architecture shaping housing that is both accessible and built to last.
